Red River Economic Development
Red River Economic Development, LLC (RRED) was created in order to promote tourism and create jobs in the Red River Gorge area, more specifically to apply for a federal ARC (Appalachian Regional Commission) grant in order to develop a masterplan for a destination resort and associated tourism attractions in the Red River Gorge area.
